2. Agreement
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are acting as a private consumer. A binding contract between you and Co'couture A/S is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of typographical errors, technical issues, or suspected misuse.
3. Ordering and payment
You can shop on our website 24/7. Orders are processed on business days only.
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment will only be charged once your order has been shipped. All prices include VAT.
4. Prices and promotions
Co'couture A/S reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to adjust prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right for items that are sold out or discontinued.
5. Shipping and delivery
At Co'couture, we strive to ship your items as quickly and safely as possible.
We ship all orders with either UPS or BRING, and you can choose between delivery to a parcel shop or directly to your home address. All deliveries are insured.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping of orders
We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Sweden.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Delivery time is typically 3–4 business days, depending on the carrier and delivery location.
If there is no space at the selected parcel shop, your order will be delivered to the nearest available parcel shop, and you will be notified by UPS or Bring.

Uncollected parcels
If you do not collect your parcel within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. This is not considered a valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Once we receive the parcel, we will refund your order amount excluding shipping and return costs. If you wish to receive the order again, a new order must be placed.
6. Returns
We hope you love your purchase – but if you wish to return an item, we have made the process simple and straightforward.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 30 days and return the item no later than 14 days after notification.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging intact. You may try the item as in a physical store. If used beyond this, a deduction may be made for any loss in value.
Refusing delivery or failing to collect your parcel does not constitute a valid withdrawal. Please make sure to notify us if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
How to return
We have made the return process quick and easy:

- Follow the steps in the return portal.
- You will receive a QR code by email to present at a UPS drop-off point.
- A return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- You will receive a receipt with tracking after drop-off.
Return fee
A return fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 banking days for the amount to appear in your account.
The return fee will be deducted.
If the item shows signs of use affecting its resale value, an appropriate deduction may be made.
Exchange
Exchanges are only possible for a different size of the same style.
To exchange an item, please use our return portal (https://returns.reversio.io/cocouture-com) and follow the instructions provided. Here, you can select your desired size and complete the exchange in one step 😊
Your new item will be shipped once we have received and processed your original return.
Complaints
If you receive a defective item, please contact us. You have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.

We will assess your case as quickly as possible and contact you if needed.
Did you purchase from a retailer?
If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly. We cannot handle returns or complaints for items not bought via cocouture.com.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
All purchases are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be settled by Danish courts.
